how do i post pics

would like to post a before and after pic would someone explain in detail..i am very pc challenged?

There is a tutorial on how to post pics to your profile, if that is where you'd like to post them?

Or you can upload your photos to a site like www.photobucket.com, which will give you the HTML links for posting the pics here. 

I think its easier to just upload them to your profile though, and then you can direct others there to see them. :)
