Anyone who has Medicare (80%) and doesn't receive a medical card for the 20% and has had WLS, ever get a spend down card to help cover their cost (the 20%)?  That will be my situation - if anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it.

My mom did it, but it was over 7 years ago. I don't know what all it entailed.
