hey on this cold wet day

ok today is my 42 Bday ,the weather could have been alot better ,it is nasty here cold rain yuck ,I just want to say I am happy to see 42 a few years ago I did not think I would make it to here ,I am healthy & off all meds & enjoying life ,I have had some regain weight about 3o lbs but I am working on that now but life could not be any better ,enjoy this day & every day because we never know when it will be the last ,God bless Becky

Happy Birthday.  My 4 year New Birthday is this Saturday.  It's so hard to believe it's already been 4 years.  I am facing the big 50in April.  I want a big celebration.  I am so happy where I am now.  I too have had some weight gain but I also have had a complete hysterectomy and at my lowest weight of 150 that was too low.  I felt the best at 165 so I am about 13lbs where I want to be. 

It is so cold in N Ky.  I am on fall break from work.  Have so much I want to do but  I am enjoying
not doing much. I am heading outside and bringing in some firewood for a big fire tonight in the fireplace.

The weather like Jane said is really yucky here to but I hope you get to get out and enjoy the day or at least the evening. The weather is suppose to improve on Sunday  so maybe the weekend will be nice for you.

It is cold in Eastern KY too....such a rainy and dreary day......makes me want to curl up in bed and sleep the evening away!
