Buffalo Night at Jenny Wiley State Park - Music Highway Grill

I am going to the Buffalo Night Dinner this Sat. Oct. 17 (5-9) in Prestonsburg.
Anyone interested in meeting up?  
Cost is $17.99 per person.........they usually give a bypass discount with the card.....it is buffet style and drink is included.
Also having 2 live bands..........one plays at 5 and the other at 7.   I have no clue who they are.
Has anyone out there eaten buffalo before? 
Is it good?
And the big ?, How much Protein does it have?  LOL

Hey Leslie, still in pain, sending me for bloodwork etc. and 2 mri's left arm adn hand in numb, and I am left handed, lol, makes it a pain to type or anything
