Rise and Shine everyone!!!!! It's Monday!!! For most of us that means....KIDS ARE BACK TO SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woooooooooooooooooo Hooooooooooo

I'm determined to get BACK ON TRACK TODAY!!! NO CANDY/ CHIPS!!! Big Protein day!!!!!!
Anyone with me???? I've been indulging way too much on these things!!!!

other then that I'm just puttering around the house doing odds and ends..nothing to exciting..got lots of T-VO shows to catch up on being gone last week..LOL....

Happy Monday morning, Sandi!

I'm back to tracking what I'm eating.  It's really easy to eat more calories than I should when I don't write it down.  I like to nibble on nuts and they have a lot of calories.  I brought in my little Tupperware container that holds 1/4 cup to help me control my portion.

Since my surgery (which was just 3 months ago), I haven't eaten any chips or candy other than the occasional sugar-free Werthers or LIfe Saver.

Hey Sandi...me too.  NO CHIPS OR CRUNCHY STUFF TODAY!!  Woo hoo!!  I had my protein and just need to eat dinner.  Yea!!  A good day!
