TGIF and Hello

Hi Everyone,

I haven't been on here in a while.  I just wanted to say Hi.  Hope everyone is doing well.  My weight loss is slow now.  I am at 98 lbs from my highest.  Oct. will be 8 months since surgery.  I workout at the YMCA 3-4 times a week.  I have been doing weight class and step.  I just started spinning classes too.  So, I can see and feel the difference in my body if not the scale.  I have no clothes for winter.  Please let me know how you all are doing.

98 lb. loss is awesome!   And I see that you are doing great with your exercise.  That is my weak point right now.   Gotta find the motivation again.

Hey BB
I am doing good. This morning I hit 108 gone...wooo hooo. I am sooo happy.
I have 28 on my scale to the doctors goal...I imagine we will be a bit ditterent so I am thinking maybe 32 or so.
I am amazed....I can tell I can eat more, but I am ok. need to kick up the exercise, but my life is sooo chaotic right now it isn't happening right now.

Hi BB,
I don't know if you remember me, but we met right before our surgeries. You are doing great and I don't get on very often.  I am down 35 lbs with the band. I am going for a fill Thursday since my daughter is getting married in 3 weeks.  I am averaging a little over 4 lbs a month, but I do feel impatient. I want this weight OFF!
