Anybody Have DS?

Just wondering if anybody on here has had DS and if so who was your Dr. The reason I ask is I can't find anyone to do DS except Dr Husted. Maybe would go to Ind. but would rather stay in KY. Thanks,Betty.

Dr Husted is about the only one in the state that does them Vicki in a clam shell on this board had the DS

I had DS with Dr. Husted. There is also Dr. Inman in Indiana.

Ken, how are you doing with your DS and did you have any major problems? I would love to have the DS, but after reading a few of the recent posts on the DS board I have just about decided he is not the doctor for me.

I am doing great with my DS and like Dr. Husted a lot. DS is the only WLS I would consider for me. There is also Dr. Inman in Indiana.

DS on 09/04/09

Dr. Husted did mine on 9/04/09. I went to a consult with a surgeon in Louisville who claimed he could do a DS. I later found out I would be his first which I was unwilling to do.
