Pretty sore today

Well yesterday I found out that I did have a hernia as well as scar tissue. My scar tissue was on my left side where my drain tube was and Dr. Smith said it was a ball of tissue half the size of his fist. He also said he had never seen any thing like that. LOL He will always remember me, I have left a lasting impression. I'm not too sure where my hernia was located I'm thinking over towards the right side, thats where my largest insesion is. I have 3 insesions 1 above my belly button and the other 2 are over to the right had side.

What are you doing in regards to working out.  I have been in a stall for 4 months.  Just curious as to what you are doing to see if I can steal and idea or two hehe

To be honest with ya I haven't been working out. I started work back in June and haven't worked out since. Especially since my left side had been bothering me. Before I'd walk on the treadmill for 30 mins at a time and work with my hand weights. I need to start an exercise program again as soon as I heal up. Gotta try and work some "me time" in.
