Labor Day Weekend Plans

I will have 4 days off in row and am very looking forward to it.   No definite plans.
Would like to have a little yard sale and get rid of some junk but I don't see that happening.
My mother may come spend Monday night with me and go to my follow-up appt on Tuesday.
It is payday weekend so that is a good thing.

If any of you ladies are going to be around and want to meet to eat or walk or simply go shopping or hang out,  look me up!

Friday we are going to take Mollie and what feels like 30 of her friends to a high school football game.
Then Saturday we will be running around like chickens with our heads cut off. First we have to travel from up here by Cincy down to Corbin to go to Cumberland( we have to be there by 11 thank god the older people like to eat, chat, and leave quickly) for a family reunion and then we have to be back here by 4 because I supreme party planner that I am who also does not know how to read a calendar planned a party and invited 30 people over to our house not including what feels like 90 of Mollie's friends(crap that number just keeps getting bigger don't get me wrong I love Mollie's friends it's just after hearing so and so is going together(besides their 13 and 14 exactly where are they going and how are they getting there because mom is not driving this time), and this boy just dunked you because he has a crush on you  oh god if eating to much and the margarita's I  plan to ingest  and my band doesn't make me puke surely the sound of their voices will.  Wait for the police to arrive and ask us if we can keep it down a little like they did last month at Mollie's b-day party which I still have not figured out who called the police because everyone from the surrounding 10 houses were there.
Sunday we will go to church and as Pat puts it ask god to forgive us for the night before then come home, clean up the house, the yard, and the pool and probably pass out.
Monday we will be doing laundry and hitting the sales at the mall.

Is your reunion at Cumberland Falls, Cumberland Lake, Cumberland Gap or the City of Cumberland?  I live about 5 miles from the city of Cumberland if that is where you are going.  Hole in the road and nothing but Kingdom Come State park, A coal museum and ATV trails here though.  City of Cumberland is about 90 miles from Corbin give or take a few.

Hey Jacqueline,

I believe it is Cumberleand Falls. It's the second Corbin exit which leads to C. Falls Highway. My grandma lives off of that exit. All I know is my dad said get off the exit go to the gas station and call and he will lead the way. Don't know why we can't just go over to Grandma's.
I think it will be fun. My aunt Georgie from Chicago just had surgery also and I can't wait to see her in person sometimes pictures just don't do us WLS people justice.
It's 4:15 and I have so much to do before we leave at 8.

they are having a miss teen pageant tonight in town and miss magoffin tomorrow night, you should come over and watch it, it is fun sometimes, lol, I may help in the church food booth tomorrow i have a big test in psychology this evening though.

I have no plans except to go with hubby son, older neighbor and his granddaughter to the bats game Monday at 115.  The granddaughter is one of our closest friends and her grands are like aunt and uncle.  Maddie is her name and she had never been to a game before. She asked her grandpa and a friend gave me 6 tickets. So we will do that, and probably not much else.
  Oh, I get to make my monthly calendar for my classroom and finish up / fill in lessons.
  that is it for me.
Son will enjoy just chilling!

I am going camping... Should be interesting.  I am not a camper, but my friend has talked us into going for the weekend.  Taking Bella the Mastiff with us.  Oh what fun times we will have at the lake this weekend.
