Pam's Chai Tea Recipe
Here is the recipe I feel in love with. I just add it to my vanilla protein.
This will make a batch of Chai Tea Mix. You just add a scoop to your protein drink with 6 - 8 oz of 1% milk.
1 - 1/2 cups non-fat powdered milk
3/4 cup instant unsweet tea mix
3/4 cup splenda
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon cinamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
I sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice in too.
I like it cold over ice. I use a shakey cup and it tastes great.
