Well I was out and about today so I brough a bunch of bars with me.. kinda weird day

B protein shake  190   20

Fiber ONe bar  140
South Beach Snack bar 100       5

Turkey Salad 125  18
FF Chips   75

Parm Encrusted Tilapia 230  15

S handful of  peanuts

Got most of my water in and did tons of walking/shopping.. I know that doesn't really count..but today Im making it..HA

B: 60 cal dannon smoothie

L: couple of small bites of chicken

S: protein shake

D: cheese with 5 tortilla chips...they were screaming at me...but it was the salt when I tasted them I knew why.
 drank some water and coffee flavored milk

S: a protein shake.


I want a fudge brownie and ice cream, but not having it!  Talapia sounds good.

Thanks for getting this going again Sandi!  I've decided that getting back to basics is the key rather than the LSD and/or 5 day pouch test which are only short term fixes (at least for me they are)

Here's my day...

BREAKFAST: Starbeck's skinny caramel vanilla latte (12oz 1% milk with about 6oz strong coffee, 4 splenda and S/F powdered creamer)

LUNCH:  I made a 1/2 cup egg beater omelet with onions, ham and cheese.  Topped with a spoon of sour cream and a spoon of salsa.  I only ate half of it.

SNACK:  A handful of peanuts in the shell while waiting on carry-out from TX Roadhouse

DINNER:  1 chicken tender w/ dipping sauce, 1/2 baked potato w/ sour cream and margerine, 2 bites of rich's ribs

SNACK (maybe):  If I get hungry I will have the side salad from dinner I didn't touch

Tomorrow I will try to get back onto fitday (need to figure out what my username and password is) so I can do my counts much easier!

Ok...
B: 3 ozs milk w/ meds
L: 1 biscut with 1/2 c gravy...craving carbs bad
S: 8 oz CIB protein shake
D: 2 chicken tenders, 1/3 c mac n cheese, 2 tbsp baked beans

S: 1/2 c banana split desert (sf)

I cleaned house (deep cleaned), did laundry (8loads)  and went  for a walk........48 ozs water
