1 month Post Op

As of yesterday I am 1 month post op and have lost 36 lbs so far! I feel awesome! I am looking forward to losing more and feeling even better!

Congrats!!! I will be a month out on Aug. 20th....I have lost 31 pounds so far. I think some of that is due to the complication I had (a stricture) because until my surgeon fixed the stricture yesterday, I had been unable to eat anything thicker than water for about 11 days. But hey, I'll take it!
