band anniversary picture

OK you all know all the details of what I have been through in this past year.  I have now lost 31 lbs and would like to show you my befoe and after photos.  I call them my comparsion photos.




Oh and in my new photo my pants are already too big. 


Now on one board that I posted this they made the comment that the pictures are not comparable because one is a close up and one isn't but I know what the change is.  Of course it wasn't a weight loss borard either but one where a lot of people had asked about my lapband.

Thank you Sebrena,  I can't wait for you to get on the losers bench, too.  I have not had as much good luck this week as I did last and am afraid I may have actually gained some weight back.  I have not weighed to see though.
