Chai Mix - makes Yummy Protein
Hey Guys,
This is a version of Pam T's Chai Tea Recipe.
I like to measure my protein separately. I use vanilla protein.
1-1/2 cups non-fat powdered milk
3/4 cup splenda
3/4 instant unsweet tea
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cloves
Use a 1/4 of mixture with your protein. YUMMY!!

Hi,
The recipe is actually for hot. You just get it too hot or the protein clumps. I read on the boards that others were going to try and make an ice cream out of it. Sounded yummy to me. I have been drinking it cold over ice. You could also use the blender and have more of a frappichino like Starbucks.
It is addictive if you like the Chai taste. I saw the recipe before my surgery, but thought it was complicated. Please!! I would have had an easier time with my protein if I had made this sooner.
