KEEPIN IT REAL??? (kinda long)
Amen Lee Ann. I have exercised with my weights in the bed too. As women, wifes and mothers we have to sometimes snatch a meal here and there due to juggling so many things for the family. To help ourselves we need to sometimes juggle a little exercise here and there, even if its lifting a few weights in bed, doing crunches while sitting in the chair folding clothes or just getting in the floor doing the exercises while watching an infomercial on some exercise video we cant afford to buy. Every little bit helps. Z
