Need a PCP & OB/GYN

Hi everyone! I just moved to the Louisville area a few months ago and have finally settled in. One of the few things I haven't done yet is found new doctors. Probably because I am dreading it so much.

So, does anyone have a recommendation for a Primary Care Physician that is fat-friendly? I also need an OB/GYN, preferably one that can treat infertility.

I am in Lanesville, IN and can go anywhere within the Louisville area or about 1/2 hour from New Albany or Corydon, IN.

I had Dr. Angela Bell when she was activy duty Navy at ft. Knox, but have heard she is in private practice in L'ville. She was simply awesome.  IF I had ever considered a second child I would have found her in L'ville.  She is an awesome OB/GYN.  Good luck finding docs. Teach

Dr. Keith Carter- pcp very good although some other DS'ers may hve a suggestion for a PCP more familiar with DS issues.
Hope this helps! I hope to have Dr. Husted do my DS soon. Care to share any insights/imput with me?

I had the DS with Dr. Husted over 3.5 years ago so my memory is a bit fuzzy. I never had any problems with him at all. I felt he took really good care of me and always answered any questions/concerns I had. I definetly recommend him to anyone thinking of having the DS. Do you have any specific questions about him? I'd be glad to meet up with you if you want to talk further about Dr. Husted and the DS. Have you met with him yet or do you have a date yet?
