Accountability: Friday, July 10th
Late but not forgotten. I think my digestive system is starting to work with me. I'm getting regular. Yeah I know TMO. Anyways hope all are having a good Friday as well as the weekend.
Breakfast: Whey protein powder, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 banana, 1/2 peach, 2 splendas. It was great.
2 (16.9 oz) bottles of flavored water and 2 mugs of coffee w/creamer and splenda.
Lunch: Treet salad, 8 low sodium townhouse crackers, 30 stick pretzels
Drank one cup of herbal tea
Dinner: Avocado salad w/cheese and lettuce.
I worked out on the ab lounger and did a little weight lifting.
