Accountability:Thursday, July 9th

Having a stressed day.  No excuse but did some snacking.  I realized it at the times so it helped me not get really silly. 

Breakfast:  Whey protein powder, 3/4 cup milk, 2 mugs of coffee, w/real cream and splenda

Lunch:  3 pcs fish, spagetti made with ground venison

Snack:  guacamole and too many potato chips,  along w/protein snack bar

Dinner:  liver sausage, cheese and 6 crackers

(2) 16.9 oz bottles of flavored water.

Tomorrow will be a better day.  Z

I've actually stayed on track today!
First time in a LONG time
        
Got about 1,033 calories and a whopping 114 gram protein
ALL my water!
Yeah!!
My body probably in  shock after all the chocolate and crap I've eated to get 114 grams protein today..lol
