Hi all, hope you did well over the past few days.  I had a wonderful time visting with my sister and her children.  Most of my children came out to her farm too and we enjoyed ourselves.  There was plenty of food and I did very well.  Only one day did I go on a high caloric llquid diet.  However I'm home and back on track.

Today's plans:
2 Gummie Multi vitamins, 800 mg Vitamin D

B:  2 cups of Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee, creamer, splenda
Whey vanilla protein, 1/2 cup milk, maybe a scrambled egg if possible.

L:  (2) 16.9 oz bottles of water, Salmon salad, crackers and cheese, snack protein bar

D:  (2) 16.9 oz bottles of water, Fish or chicken, spagetti and coleslaw ( i can only eat a couple spoonfuls of the pasta but that's all I really need)
