I had my surgery and am home

I have the band and I swear it was the anesthesia that got me. Poor Dr. Tom had to keep  me 2 and a half days in the hospital after my band placement and I was in  very little pain and I think it was only from the surgical gas, but for me it was not he first time I was nauseous from the sleepy med. When I had my wisdom teeth out my senior year of high school two days after the oral surgery I was dehydrated  from up chucking so I spent a night in the hospital.
My mom who was a nurse for a million years(she's almost 70 now) said back in the "old days"(she's really not that old especially the physical shape she is in) nausea was terrible with surgery she said they have improved the nausea meds like zofran and phenergan and the anesthesia so much it is so much easier on a patient now.
