Accountability: Thursday, July 2nd
I definitely had an Atkins day. Started early, had to drive to Union City, TN at 6:00am. All is well but I am having a salad tonight.
Took my gummy vitamins (learned about them at the OH Meeting in Chicago).
B: 3 bottles of water (1) propel (2) plain water, 2 pcs of chicken (leg and thigh)
L: 2 pcs of baked fish
Snack: 1 chicken leg
D: 2 pcs of chicken, leg and thigh
Snack: Sliced avocado, lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese.
I guess you know by now all I can say is bock, bock, bock, bock ( that's what chickens sound like to me).
Have a good weekend, mine is starting early. I am going to visit my sister so I may be away from the computer but please be accountable, not to me but to yourself. Take care, Z
