Accountability: Wednesday, July 1st
All Righty Then. It's a new month, we have a new attitude. We will work with our tool. We will make good food choices. We will do some form of exercise. We will take our vitamins and drink our water. We will succeed.
Morning: Whey protein, cup of 2% chocolate milk, 1/2 banana and 21 minutes on the treadmill and 4 minutes doing stretches.
2 cups of coffee, creamer and 4 splendas
Afternoon: Avacado slices, grilled chicken strips, salsa, cheese and lettuce (yeah since they took .4cc out of my band I can eat lettuce).
(4) 16.9 oz bottles of water
Evening: 3 pcs of haddock, maybe another salad
Night: Slimfast Protein Bar
The scale is not moving yet but I will not be discouraged!!!!!! Take care, Z

Today im starting a new month.. gonna pick myself up and brush myself off and start over...
so far today I have had 2 cups of honey nut cheerios with 1 percent milk...
Lunch will be squash and zuchini maybe, with smoked sausage sliced up in it..
dinner.. im thinking grilled hamburgers with baked beans..
I will try really hard to drink my water
and to move my butt!!!
