Accountability: Tuesday, June 30th

Hi All,   I know it's the end of the month and a holiday is coming up so some of us are saying, "I'll wait until after the 4th then work with my band".  Why not start before so that your conscious will help you to not overdo.  Anyway just a little food for thought.

Here's what I did today:

3 cups of coffee w/creamer and splenda
(3) 16.9 oz bottles of flavored water zero carbs, (1) 16.9 oz bottle of plain water

1 scoop whey protein, vanilla w/half banana and a cup of milk

2 slices of liver sausage, 2 slices of cheese and four crackers

1 slimfast protein bar

Salad - avocado slices, lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese, and 3 oz grilled chicken (homemade)\
Working on the ab lounger tonight.  Hope you make wise choices today and if  not maybe tomorrow.  As always, take care.  Z

I got so busy i forgot to eat.lol
B/fast carbmaster yogurt

lunch i forgot we took down our old pool and took it off and then yes i went and spent the money.lol
I went and got 2 bushels of peaches directly brought in from Georgia

dinner: salmon and cottage cheese
snack a protein bar i got in Chicago
I have drank all day long though......
