I know you are still out there wanting to get started again, making new starts and having trouble following through with them.  Been there done that and still trying to stay on track.  I have confidence that you will succeed. Don't beat yourself down, just keep on working with your band.  If not for a whole day then work with it for half a day.

Just finished 25 minutes on the treadmill.
B: Cup of pumpkin flavored coffee, creamer, 2 splendas,  Vanilla whey protein, 1 cup milk, 1/2 banana.
L:  Haven't had mexican in a while thinking about guacamole salad, unfortunately will probably have salsa and the dreaded chips that go with it.
D:  Unplanned but I will add it later.

At work again this morning

B:   2 left over cheesesticks w/ bacon, cup of dark mayan chocolate coffee
L:   Pack of tuna
S:   Pack of mixed nuts
D:   Going to meet Holli at Bob Evan's so I am thinking some type of grilled chicken salad or sandwich minus the bread
S:   Piece of fruit

You are right Z, but not such a good day food wise, started off running for my child and not sooo good...

b: handful of cashews on the go
lunch protein drink- 3/4 c milk 1% and 23 gram protein
s: 1/2 piece of low fat cheddar
dinner: some beef from stroganoff
snack: protein shake

I guess it is not as bad as I thought-  but I was not organized about it so I got lucky...trying to keep to the rules

I got to go out to lunch with my son and daughter-in-law today.  I let them pick and they wanted Long John's.  I know they have a 350 calorie menu now but I wanted fried fish

B:  Blueberry muffin, 2 prunes
L: LJS Fish Sandwich, corn cobbett
S: Sugar Free Lemon Pudding
D:  2 pieces of bacon, 1 cup pinto beans, cornbread, peach

We are putting up a fence so we were really busy.
B/f   egg and steak burritos homemade I ate the insides

Lunch   cottage cheese and turkey and cheese roll up

Dinner   homemade bean soup that Neil made
snack a carbmaster yogurt

I did have 2 bites of a cheeseburger from mickey ds but it made me feel awfull...yuck
