Accountability: Saturday, June 27th

Good evening all.  Morning started off well with 25 minutes on the treadmill.  My morning soon turned stressful, I starting crying for no apparent reason so I  took an effexor XL got myself under control and the remainder of the day worked out well. 
However I had started a little anxiety nibbling. 
B:  Whey protein, half banana, cup of milk.
Stress nibbling:  6 ginger snaps, 1/2 cup sweet and salty trail mix.
L:  4 cups of coffee, creamer, 4 splendas.  1 grilled chicken leg, 1 piece of bbq pork. Pork came back.
2 large bottles of Propel 40 cal.
D:  2 slices pepper jack cheese, 2 slices honey roasted ham.
(2)  16.9 oz bottles of water

Trying recall.........

B:   Small Sausage biscuit and cup of hot tea
S:   1/2 pear
L:    Grilled chicken breast, 1 turkey sausage patty
S:    pack of crackers and a 1/2 c. of grapes
D:    2 cheesy shrimp, 1 mozzarella stick, 1 jalapeno popper, 2 cheesesticks w/ bacon (WAY TOO MUCH GREASE!)
Night:    2 yegermeister shots & 4 wild grape smirnoff's...................not proud of all that but that's what I get when I go out with friends from work!
