muscle milk

can we drink muscle milk for protein or is it a bad kind of protein, I know it has 3 grams of sugar and 25 grams of protein, I found a place to get this fairly cheap if they haven't sold out of it yet!!

I tried the banana and strawberry flavored ones.   Didn't like them and they upset my stomach.
I would think they would be an ok protein source though.

I don't like a lot of the ready to drink protein drinks. But looks like the protein would be the good kind for us.....

Holli, they have been getting them in at biglots, cookies and cream and light strawberry, they traste good enough to get them down, lol, and 70 cents each, pburg, pikeville and morehead didnt have any sat. but said they may get more when truck ran, I went to mt.sterling and bought 30 bottles, all they had, lol. talk to you girls soon, Lisa

If you are talking about those ready to drink bottles of protein. They sell the Muscle Milk brand at gas stations now for anywhere from $2.99 and up. You got a great deal. I don't drink protein shakes anymore but for those of you who do that's a great bargain.

i like the muscle milk protein. ...it mixes up better than most i have tried and i like the flavor of the chocalate and strawberry, i buy the "light",,,25 g protein in 2 scoops, my son-in-law adds it to water, i add it to milk..skim... which is an extra 8 g protein per cup...i mix up for breakfast... i buy it from rite aid, sometimes on sale ... son-in-law buys online... all different flavors..just have to experiment until you find the brand and flavor you like...sometimes i add scoop of chocolate "light" to coffee...
