HI everyone-
I went to the doc's for the three month check up and all went really well. I was a bit apprehensive (hubby laughed said why you do what you should?)  but the doc said I was doing great and to keep up the good work.
He gave me his goal for me: 164. I had not thought too much about where I would end up, but that sounds pretty good to me. I am not really going to worry about it til I get closer and see how I feel.
The funny thing is that if I go to 164 I am more than half way there in 3 months....holy cats!!!

take care and hope you are all enjoying your great day

Thanks so much....if only I knew how to ride a bike!!!
you know those famous San Francisco hills?  I grew up on one of those-thus never mastered that skill, but it sounds like I could use it now.

164 sounds like a good goal.  You'll be there in no time!
Keep up the good work.

Way to go TEACH!  It seems as though you'll never get there, and you are already half way there!  Another 3 months and just think where you will be!  Keep up the great work!
