Accountability: Thursday, June 25th

Morning All:

Got my woosie 20 minutes done on the treadmill, worked on the pool for the grandkids and gets ready to go in the ministry.  It will definitely be a short day today.

B:  Whey protein, 1 cup 2% milk,  1/2 banana.

I am taking 4 bottles of water.  It seems room temperature works best right now.

L:  Still got provolone cheese and hard salami left over so I will be taking a couple slices each.  Maybe a piece of bread but I am trying to get of it.  Since the .4cc removal I can eat bread.

D:  Made meatloaf and cabbage for the hubby and grandkids last night.  Some was left so I will eat that and fix something else for them.

B:   chocolate chip Pure Protein Bar
S:   Banana
L:   3 oz. grilled steak strips w/ pepper and onion
S:   Probably a yogurt
D:   3 oz. grilled pork, cucumber salad
S:   ????   An nice cold alcoholic beverage...................Mango Rum on ice mixed with Diet Sunkist.
I know...........bad bad bad................but the way my day is going............I may need 2 of those!
