Hi, and here I've been thinking I'm the early  bird.

I've done my morning 15 minutes treadmill walk, along with a whey protein, cup 2% milk  and a 1/2 banana.

Lunch:  Tuna salad and crackers, apple and a few banana chips

Dinner:  Baked fish and some type of steamed vegetable and a cucumber salad.  (no more in the garden squash yet)

Snack - the last of my peanut butter pretzels.

My goal is to be a Do Right Woman so I will have a do right Band.  LOL

 With  I will succeed.

It's been a long time since I've done this on here!  

B:   Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
L:    3 oz Shrimp w/ grilled veggies and few bites of penne pasta
S:    Greek Yogurt w/ strawberries
D:    3 oz. steak strips, small baked potatoe, and steamed brocolli
S:    ?????  Not sure yet.   Maybe 1/2 orange and 2 P-nut butter w/ crackers.


Exercise isn't happening in my life.   I miss my walks but after work, am simply too drained to dedicate myself back to it.  Maybe some day I will pick up the pace again.

Dinner grilled chicken with peanut sautee sauce

Hi all

I am doing better with the grazing,my hands are red from me slapping them.lol

b/f  carbmaster yogurt

Lunch small bowl of chili ate 1/2

dinner pork chop and grilled romaine lettuce and grilled herb tomatoes

I went to town and stop by mickey ds for an unsweetened tea with splenda,,,i think Dawn got to me all i want is mickey ds tea (unsweetened)

What does McDonald's put in that tea to make it so addicting?  I LOVE it!
