Yeah, I'm still here.  As wimpy as it may be, I did 15 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Today's going to be HOT too so  a little will be better than nothing. 

B:  Vanilla Whey Protein w banana
3 btls water unflavored

L:  1 slice of hotpepper cheese, one piece of wheat bread, 2 slices of hard salami, dried banana chips @ 1/4 cup.

D:  Squash again with some type of meat, probably chicken or fish.

Still got those dark chocolate covered raisins so I will have too many of them tonight. I hope to get in another 15 minutes on the treadmill tonight.  Its a shame but I am exercising about where I started after surgery.  It worked then so I am sure it will work again.  Best wishes on a successful eating day.

Im on my way to the gym now and i keep a protein bar in  my purse (i got it in Chiago and cant remember the name of them but they are awesome)...
