Accountability: Monday, June 22nd
Hi from Z to All of U
Many of us said we would do better on Monday, maybe this is the right Monday.
All is well with me hope it is with you. So far so good on the eating but it's a long way from now to midnight. Wishing you the best.
Today's Intake:
B: Vanilla Whey Protein, cup of low fat milk, 1/2 banana, one cup of tea.
(3) 16.9 oz bottles of spring water,1 can of spicy V-8
L: 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of hard salami and 1 slice of provolone cheese, 1 container of SF pudding, 1/2 cup dark chocolate raisins.
D: 4 oz fried beef liver and 1/2 cup squash
Snack: 1 small red apple, 10 peanut butter filled pretzels.
And yes by golly!!! Z is going into the family room and exercise for 30 minutes. It's been a long time but I think I still no how to do it. What about you?

Well I had my banana nut crunch cereal for breakfast, a cupcake for lunch, and 2 plain hot dogs for dinner...no bun nothing! Just not wanting to eat much or good! Did exercise this am.....then laid in the pool for an hour.....
its ugly but its truthful!!! it also got me to look at what im eating so its a start...
