Accountability: Sunday, June 21st

Hi All, Today is the last day for our convention in Evansville, In.  We take our lunch so I have done ok  except for the cookies.  I am posting early in hopes to stick to the plan.  I have packed honey roasted ham.  provolone cheese, a protein drink and protein bar along with several bottles of water.  I brought along an apple too. 
On the flip side I have 7 of my grandchildren with me, my son and the hubby.  Of course they have chips, cookies and snacks.  All I can say is Lord slap my hands from dipping into temptation,  Have a great day, I will.

 With  I will succeed.

Z....you are so funny! Enjoy your last day! Family and friends always make things better!  I was good yesterday.....milk for breakfast, taco soup for lunch, and 1 slice supreme pizza for dinner...toppings only! Lots of fluids...it was hot outside and I was a sweatin!  Today....not sure yet. I made breakfast for Dale and B...milk for me (as usual). I think we will grill later on...I am hungry for veggie kabobs!

Okay.  Thought I would post on this since my wagon is still in Chicago and it needs to come home!!!!

B:  Mixed berry muffin, 2 prunes
L:  Skinless grilled chicken breast and wing, 1/2 cup baked beans, 1/2 cup vinegar slaw
S:  2 rice cakes, 100 calorie lemon cake (I laughed when I saw it because you might could make 3 bites out of it if they were small)
D:  1 piece homemade ham and mushroom pizza, cauliflower and dip, toast with cream cheese and jam 
Calories 1385

Liquids:
Coffee - 2 cups
Water - 60 oz so far

OK, I said I would do it so here I am!!

It's shameful...nothing to be proud of but here it is:

Breakfast:  buffet at Frisch's ~~>a scoop of eggs with gravy and a little cheese sprinkled on top.  One sausage link, one pineapple chunk,  3 bites of biscuit with grape jelly.

grazing on junk all day:  5 twizzler sticks, a Hershey Symphony Chocolate bar, 2 flav-or-ice pops, a pack of smarties, about 6 Doritos, a coffee/milk combo, maybe a 1/3 of a can of diet pepsi

Dinner: 2 slices homemade Boboli pizza (equal to medium) made with pineapple junks, ham chunks and onion.  Cheese was fully loaded and not 2%. 

There might have been more but I don't remember......

Monday is my start over day

Today I cooked breakfast for Hubby at about 11am

I had 1 scrambled egg
1/3 cup of hashbrowns
1/2 biscuit with some gravy


Dinner:  4 ritz crackers, 4 squares of cracker barrell cheese, and 4 slices of pepperoni


I had 2 scoops of  no sugar added vanilla ice cream with drizzles of carmel(I know it was my last hoorah)

I think I have drank a gallon of splenda kool-aid today so humid and hot

I did my usual cib in am, pasta salad with bacon and tomatoes for lunch, and then grilled fish for dinner.  Did pretty good til the chips and queso called my name at 11:00 last night....
