Making progress toward getting back to better eating.  If I had only left those cookies but I did not.  There is always tomorrow.

You're inspiring me to start documenting my eating.  I haven't done that in a long time.  What program are you using for you foods above?  I like the format and would like to try that!

I use fitday.com but their are better ones out there.  I'm slow to make big changes so I've stuck with it.  Take care Cindy.

Thanks.  I wish you could have been there too.  I've been trying to lose 30 lbs for way too long.  I keep setting myself back.  Hope I get it done by the next time I see everyone.  LOL
