Accountability: Thursday, June 18th
Hi all, had a busy day. Went to TN today so time got away from me. Getting things ready for a three day convention in Evansville, IN. I can truly say that this is one time that people are truly glad to see us, restaurant and hotel people that is.
Intake: Drank a protein drink, ate a bag of Hot cheese popcorn, drank 3 16.9 oz bottles of water, 2 pcs of catfish, 1 baked potato, one teaspoon of mac & cheese, 1/4 cup dry roasted nuts and a 16.9 oz bottle of flavored water. That's all folks. I am too tired to put it on fitday but I will load it tomorrow. Take care.
