I am good. I need hubby to take some new ones. Even got a new camera lately..woo hoo. I will bug him again.
I am bad at posting them. 
My family sees a huge difference, but I can only really tell cause my clothes are fitting so different-- well, don't fit. I had to go and buy some new shorts.
I need to get more protein, but they were out at Sam's yest.  I have some plain I will be adding to everything today.. ha ha ha
