I did good in Chicago i had the girls to keep me moving .
Im busy at home but i find myself heading to the chex mix  so i had them move it.

B/F  carbmaster yogurt

lunch: tuna and crackers
 snack carbmaster yogurt

dinner meatballs and sauce and cheese

delivered 8 puppys well i helped so my sleep is deprived .
Hope every one else did well today

oh and a handful or two of chex mix

I have been doing wrong too long.  My carb count is out the wahzoo today.  I am really going to have to go back to the books.  However here it is high carbs and all.
