Back to reality!!!
WEll after a 7 day visit from my sis in law, neice and nephew, and my parents I'm so ready to be ALONE!!!!!!!!
Don't get me wrong I loved every minute of having them here..
However after about day 2.. I feel off the wagon, big time!!!! Have been eating all kinds of cake, sweets, chips, etc.. bad bad bad..
I'm so looking forward to Monday am and getting back to my routine!!!!!!!!!! It scares me how I can slip into those old habits so quickly!!!! I'm afraid to get on the scale tomorrow and see the damage that has been done!!!
Anyways!!!
I can't wait to see pictures from Chicago!!! I bet you all had a freakin awesome time!!!!!!! Wish I was there!!!
Cheers!!! Here's to "ROUTINE" back to it tomorrow!!

Sandi-
regardless of the damage done (you may surprise yourself) you are getting back on track and that is what matters. YOU will do it and I know you will do it well.
I am glad to have company and glad to see them go. My best bud is very fond of say company is like fish, they both start to smell after a few days.... ha ha
I feel like you do about old habits....though I don't eat too many different things- I really worry about being further out and slipping back into habits. Man alive what a mind game. But, you always seem to do well when you get back on the wagon. And, it seems to me that getting back on the wagon after a slip is more important in some ways.
So here is to a great Monday!
you will do well!
