Question for the ladies
I know most of us are women on here, but decided to but that disclaimer in the title anyway.
My question pertains to boobs. After you had your surgery, how was your boob size affected? I am particularly curious about those of you that have had RNY. Obviously, I am hoping to lose the weight everywhere, but especially in my boobs. They have gotten very large and I really hope that I will go down a few bra sizes.
How did having WLS affect your "girls"? :)

Being in my mid-fifties my boobs are not going to "spring back" but I am at the point where I don't care. They were already saggy. I've gone from a 54 D to a 48 D after losing 105 lbs. so far. They still look like breasts but by the time I lose another 100 plus pounds they will probably look like empty sacs! I think new boobs before I'm 60 will be a goal I will try to achieve. When I was 25 years old and had lost 88 lbs. to my goal weight of 160 I wore a 38 B. Don't know if I'll ever get back to that again - probably not, but a 40 C would be great for me.
It's amazing what they can do with plastic surgery nowadays - and my arms are absolutely horrible - but as I said before, if I had done this surgery 10 years ago before I got above 300 lbs my skin would have been much more resilient. I can't look back now, but those of you who are younger and procrastinating, think about this. What is your track history on losing and regaining weight? Do you think it's going to be better as you get older? Why not get this done when younger and not only lengthen your life but have a better quality of life and a better skin rebound too? I'm just sayin'....
Hugs,
Cindy

I am 15 months post-op and down 117 lbs from my highest weight.
I went from a 42 DDD to a 34 D.....and sometimes a 34C.......depending on the brand.
I am saggy but learning to be ok with it.
Not going to have PS. Figured if anyone sees my boobs, they are going to have to be a lot more interested in me than my body anyway. LOL
I didn't start losing a lot in my chest area until I was around 7-8 months post-op.
