10 weeks today and
I am down about 63 pounds.
I still have trouble seeing the loss in my brain, but a couple of pics show me the difference.
I am clearing out tons of clothes. I never thought of myself as having a lot of clothes, but I kinda did.
I am enjoying my limited clothing choices as they are smaller. Whoot!
I have discovered that if I get nauseated it is because I am either low in protein OR fluids. Ok most of you learned that before me (I was 8 weeks) but I got it now!
I do not like many protein drinks, but I am able to drink whey fortress in about 6 or 8 ounces of milk. and that has helped quite a bit. Recently I have been able to drink 2 a day.

I like 1 scoop body fortress mixed with about 15 oz water (warmed up in the microwave for 45 seconds), some General Foods International Suisse Mocha low calorie coffee drink mix (SUGAR FREE) and about 4 oz soy milk. Sorta reminds ya of a cappichino. MMMMMMM
