What comes next after seminar/consult?

Hi everybody! Hope you are all having a good day today.

I had to reschedule my seminar/consult with Dr. Shina for June 4th and I was just wondering what will happen after the consult.

I read in someone's response to another post where they mentioned having a 'packet' to turn in. Will Dr. Shina give me something like that at the consult? Will I then return that to his office?

I'm just curious about how they go about getting the ball rolling once Dr. Shina says he thinks you're a good candidate for surgery.

Hi Vicki,

For me, I sent in my packet initally. Then had the consult and after that they scheduled Pre-op tests.

From there depending on your insurance and what it requires, they request approval..
