ok ladies.. sorry I have been M.I.A. .....

    But I have alot going on..  Boy do I ever...  Some day I will tell ya..
Today I go see Dr. Shina to get an adjustment.. Im hoping this will be my final adjustment but Im thinking it wont be.. I feel pretty wide open..
    So I decided that I better post on here and see how you girls are doing...
Im stuck at 181 on his scales, mine say 176( ughhh) I like mine better.. lol..
  I miss you all bunches and hope we can get together soon!!!
