Help!!!
I have the Realize band and I am completely disappointed in myself, I have lost a total of 36 pounds in 5 months but have gone off the wagon several times. I can't get myself off eating too many carbs, it has gotten to the point that I am getting sick everytime I eat out. I have around 6 or so cc's in my band and am wondering if anyone can help give me advice on what to eat what not to eat and so forth and just be friend with the band is always nice.
I haven't been going to the gym neitherly as often as I should, and would like to get back to doing it everyday if I can, I just don't have anymore motivation.
Maybe you should just start over. Get back to the basics. Journal what you eat, make sure you're getting your water in, and eat what and how much your surgeon tells you to. Don't get down on yourself. 36 pounds is 36 pounds. Nothing to sneeze at! Just start over today. You can do it!

Try using dailyplate.com and log your food. Motto if you bite it write it. I didn't realize how much fat and carbs I was taking in until I started journaling on dailyplate. Also log your exercise. you need to commit to exercise as watching your food intake does not do it alone. You have to exercise the band is just a tool. We have all been were you are right now, but the one thing about a lapband is its forgiving.
Also support groups are essential in helping you stay on track and have the support of individuals that know what your going through. I know you live in Ft. Knox but you might want to consider at least 2 times a month traveling to Louisville and attend the support groups. I didnt the first year and I was miserable and Becka reached out her hand and helped me up and got me going to support group.
I am now active in the support groups and I volunteer my time at the Bariatric Center in Louisville to give back what someone else has given me.
The lapband and eating and etc is not easy and not the easy way out by no means. You can always count on us on here to see you through it.
Who did your surgery????
If you need anything or help you can email me at my email address [email protected] I am willing to support you if you need that someone to talk to or any of us for that matter.
