Your point system
Hey. I just wanted to say hi! It is Becca's system, so I will let her explain it but I wanted to make sure I told ya hi and not to get discouraged if she doesn't see this today.. Weekends on here are kinda slow!!!

Hello and Welcome to the KY board!
The points system is actually a simple challange concept I came up with that I came up with a few weeks ago that anybody can join in on regardless of thier type of WLS or even if they haven't had surgery.
The problem with previous challenges is that people with different surgical types lose weight at different speeds and the nutritional requirements differed as well.
The basic thought with the points challenge is that we all have 3 things we need/should do each day that doesn't involve the scale. These things are: 1) follow our specific dietary guidelines set forth by our individual bariatric group 2) Drink at least 64oz of non carbonated and cafienne-free fluids each day 3) get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day.
We give ourselves one point for each goal we met that day. Our current challenge is to see who can get to 100 points first!
If you would like to join in you are more than welcome! We are a couple weeks into it but you can just challenge yourself to getting the 3 points with us each day for now. If we all decide this callenge was a good one we will likely do it again!
