I was in Krogers with my teenagers and decided to hide for a minute to collect my thoughts so i hide in the ice cream aisle i knew they wouldnt look for me there.
Anyways they now have crystal light popsicles they look really good(but i cant do crystal light)but thought id pass it on to you all.

I found something good at Walmart this week - a 4pack of Carnation Instant Breakfast drink - no sugar added. It's about 13 grams of protein and it doesn't have the yucky protein flavor that all the other protein powders I've tried have. I don't know if it comes in the powder too, or in the liquid form only, but it sure is good to have ready in the fridge for when I don't want to cook breakfast or for a snack.
