Ok.. Got my 3 points for the day!!

B protein shake
S fiber one bar
L 2oz chicken, 1/2 c cottage cheese,1 oz pretzels
S Soy Chips
D 1/2 c egg beaters,slice cheese, whole wheat english muffin

40 minutes on treadmill, 25 minutes strenght
80 plus ounces of water

I go see Dr. A again tomorrow... I would like to get a fill, but not sure... I'm up in the air.

OK, I'm going to try to get back in the habit of writing EVERYTHING down again.  going back to my fitday and doing it that way.

I got my 3 points for the day!  Did my 30 minutes circuit training on the weight and then played with Gracie in the pool for another 30 minutes (yeah, i know it doesn't count for much when I'm not doing laps).  I'm working on the last 16oz of fluids now and I'm actually a little low on my calories even though my protein and carb counts look great!  I might go back and have a snack to boost the calories up to between 1100and 1200 to be where I would prefer to be.  If I do i'll update!

Richard did his 4 mile jog this morning, got all his water in and ate well (I count his protein only).

That means he's up to 30 points and I'm up to 29 points.  I'll cut and paste the list onto this thread so we can update everyone.  Please give me your cumulative points as well as reporting your success today!

I got my water and protein in today but no exercise.  I am having some issues with my breathing due to my PB'ing yesterday, seems I aspirated when I was PB'ing and sliming and some fluid went down my windpipe and got into my lungs so I and experiencing shortness of breath so I am on nebulizer treatments and the dreaded steroids again  he said its pneumonitis

Vicki ...  I hope you get to feeling better real soon!!  I miss my workout buddy!!  Take good care of your self and rest up, because when you get better it is going to be on with the circuit training!!

I got 3 points on Tuesday and only 1 point on Wednesday!  1!!!  Bad, Kelly! Didn't get my water in at all and didn't have the best eating day.  Today will be better!
