Band Camp.....

OK, I have to say this challenge is working like gangbusters in our house!!  I have been to the gym 6 days this week!!  I'm oing to do my 30 minutes on the Wii Fit in just a few minutes while Rich goes out to the man cave and tinkers with his drag car.  I also can't do the Wii exercise unless Gracie is either gone or asleep since when she hear's the Wii come on she thinks she has to be involved!

I didn't log my food over the weekend since it's just too hectic but today I had my typical skillet breakfast made from a few hash browns, eggs, a little bacon and cheese...it's high protein and moderate on the carbs.  Dinner was a cheese stuffed chicken breast and a few green beans.  I had a coffee/milk drink and a protein bar too so that point is covered!  I'm finishing my last bottle of water too.

Tomorrow I am back to logging foods though since even though I hate it....it works!!

I have dropped about 4 pounds this week and am now back down to my lowest weight of 173.6!!!  If i'm lucky I might actually get to Chicago somewhere in the mid 160's!!

i got in 3 points today ! so i'm at 21 !

walked on the treadmill and done work with the hand weights
my thighs and arms are sore. so i must be doing something right !
got in all my fluids
got in all protein ! ! !

Becka, I'm at 2 points today because I did'nt get in all my water but did well on protein. I went to Sam's and have my Twisted bars and Lo carb SlimFast so I'm set for the week or two. Dana

3 points today again!! Wooo Hooo.. Was up and on the treadmill at 7;15 am on a Sunday am!!!
I did some running today.. intervals,,, and YUCK.. I could hear my FAT STOMACH SKIN slapping..DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not even disciplined enough to keep up with this - so I'm gonna drop out of the "challenge".  But I"ll be reading the posts you guys make  - maybe you will inspire me.

Had a bad weekend and don't wanna even think about the last several days.  Moody me....

I will be better soon, but for now I quit!  :-)
