I am home!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM HOME!!!!! Everything went well. I didn't get to come home until today (Sat) but that is because I had a temp and my white blood count was up and my blood pressure was low. But all is fine now. Dr. Sonnanstine and Georgetown hospital are the absolute best! I would recommend them to anyone. The nurses are absolutely awesome! One especially Teri she is great. They are always checking on you and making sure you don't need anything. When you get shots you don't even feel the needle going in. They are great! I can not say enough good about them. It really was not as bad as I thought it would be. I am really more sore than anything. I really did not take any pain meds after Wed. I just figured I'm sore and I need to work it out. Strangest thing, at least for me because I never thought this would happen to me, even thought I have read it here, I have not been hungry since Wed. Dr. S. told me to get use to that because it would last about 6 months or more BUT to remember to eat and drink. He also told me not to weigh myself until I come down there in 2 weeks I told him not to worry I did not even buy a scale because I don't want to get fixated on the number. He said by then I should be down about 20lbs and it will start coming off quicker. I am going to go take a nap now because that is one thing you do not get much sleep while there or at least I didn't because they kept taking my blood pressure (it was low), my temp (it was high), and my blood oxygen levels. Hey Donna, I tried calling last night too ..I went through 411 so think they sent me to the wrong number of the hospital. Dr. Sonnanstine did send me a msg to let me know you were gonig home. He kept telling me you looked great!! He was very pleased...and hey, share that pic with us will ya?? lol
