lunch - supreme burrito and taco supreme
dinner - 1 stuffed shell with meat sauce
snacks - about 1 1/2 cups ricotta fluff, atkins indulgence coconut chocolate bar
protein 104 a little low for my personal goal but well above the 90 gr recommended by my surgeon -
exercise - none (just errand running - still think a heated run around Sam's club qualifies)
plenty of fluids
so that gives me 2 for today
and 10 total
