OK, executive decision...i'm blowing off my exercise point for the day!!  I was going to pull out the Wii Fit and send Richie to the man-cave but there's a new UFC show on tonight so he doesn't want to go out and it's now too late to even go to the gym and in order to take the Wii to another TV we would have to pull the whole entertainment center out to do it.....and....and....and.....
yeah, i'm making excuses aren't I???

Oh well, 2 is good too!  That means I have 5 points total now!

Richard got up and went jogging while I was headed to the elementary school for my volunteer day.  I packed him a lunch with his two 24 ounce bottles of water and a protein drink.  He (with my help mind you) got all three dang points!!!  That puts him at 6 points total.

Tell me guys....what are your digits??

and two for today.. Fluids seem to be my problem lately
exerxise i got both days and foo disnt bad too!!

Hello I was gone all day yesterday and didn't have time to post last night. But I got all 3 points !
Before I left yesterday I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins and used my hand weights. Then I walked around alot while shopping with Jeff's Aunt and her friend.

I got in 74 protein and 73 oz of fluids !

2 points for Tuesday.  Looks like two is my lucky number.  lol  I didn't realize how little water I actually get in.  I usually drink three bottles a day but that's not the full 64 oz. 

That's a total of 4 for me since we began.

only 1 point for me today - I was BAD!  No exercise and I ate too much extra stuff - cool whip is supposed to be a garnish, right?  It's the ultimate slider food for me and I'm not buying any more of it.

The only thing I did right was drink water!  LOL  Oh well, I'm doing better today, but I won't post my "score" until tomorrow because the nights are long around here...... (I tend to get in trouble late at night)...

I promise to be good today!!!
