Accountability 4-24-09
today has not been as good as the rest of the week, more of those nasty carbs crept in but keeping track on Sparkpeople.com has helped me see just how bad those little critters are - still did better than I would have without keeping track - even felt a little more energy today
breakfast - 1 slice whole wheat toast with about 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
breakfast 2 - country fried steak with gravy and 2 eggs
lunch - Wendy's chili
snack - Atkin's Indulgence bar with coconut and chocolate YUMMMMM
dinner - Rally's burger minus half the bun and a cup of chili, 3 slices of cheese
and here's where I went wrong folks
snack - 2 Aussie Bites and a mini cinnamon roll
Protein - 126
Exercise - shopping at Sam's club, Steinmart, JoAnn Craft & Fabric store - that counts right?

My day started out GREAT when we went to the movies last night I succumbed to the powers of theatre popcorn and proceeded to climb right into the bucket!
Gotta list the bad days as well as the good too though, huh??

Oy Vey!!! i'll do the math later but it's safe tosay I did meet my protein requirements and WAY overshot the carb limits!!
